Hope comes from results, from our patients’ small victories and from the support of our team.
What motivates me is that moment when someone who has lost everything starts doing something on their own again: lifting a cup, taking their first step. At that moment, I know that my work goes far beyond exercises; it helps people regain a dignified and fulfilling life.
The work is physically and emotionally demanding. Explosions, constant anxiety, and power cuts are part of our daily lives. Sessions are sometimes interrupted by alerts: we take shelter, then return to work. Despite the fear, we try to offer patients a safe space for their recovery. Together, we adapt, move forward, and carry on, despite the reality on the ground.
