In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on 24/05/2018, and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) dated 06/01/1978, we inform you that the personal information collected through the registration forms on the website is recorded in an automated file by Mehad.

The information is intended for the communication and fundraising departments, and third parties mandated by Mehad.

The data is necessary for managing your donations, responding to your requests, sending communications, through our association’s newsletter, and keeping you informed about our actions.

This data may also be shared with carefully selected partners. If you disagree with this, you may object by contacting us at the address below.

Your personal data will be retained for a strictly limited period only for the purposes mentioned above.

By providing your personal information, you agree to (1) comply with this privacy policy and (2) allow Mehad to use your information in compliance with this privacy policy.

Children under 16 years old

Our services are not designed for children under 16 years old. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has shared personal information with us, we will automatically remove it from our systems.

All banking information required to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This information is never stored on our systems.

Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction

The association’s accounts are audited and certified by an external auditor. They are available for review in our activity report.

Unless you specify otherwise, the funds collected are allocated to support all the statutory missions of the association.
