You may use this form to report a concern or serious breach of Mehad’s CCE as well as of other policies applicable in Mehad.

REPORTING PERSON / WHISTLEBLOWER

Your name(s) and personal data will be known by the Safeguarding & Code of Conduct teams receiving the reports as well as the members of the investigation Committee when they are appointed. They are all bound by a strict confidentiality undertaking. Your personal data will not be shared further without your consent.

Mehad also accepts anonymous reports. If you wish to remain anonymous, enter “Anonymous” instead of your full name. Note that anonymity may impact our ability to process and investigate your report. You may therefore decide to share your name safely with the Safeguarding & Code of Conduct teams while refusing it to be shared in further processes.
