Sarmin, a town to the east of Idleb, has become the scene of an unbearable tragedy. The Syrian regime hit a residential area and a primary school with missiles, killing an innocent child and injuring many others. Sarmin’s silent cries echo in our hearts, reminding us of the urgent need to act and show solidarity with those who are suffering.

These children’s lives are in danger
The regime’s indiscriminate violence has plunged these young lives into uncertainty and danger. These children, who deserve a safe and healthy future, are now facing great hardship. Their hopes and dreams have been shattered by this unexpected tragedy.
Every child in Sarmin deserves a future where they can grow up in safety, continue their education and fulfil their dreams. However, their current reality is anything but. They face deep trauma and an uncertain future.
In the face of this tragedy, it is our duty to answer the call of hope. These children must not be abandoned to their fate. We have the power to change their destiny by offering them the support they need to rebuild their lives and regain their dignity.
