Which associations are eligible for tax relief?
To qualify for a tax reduction, the association must be recognised as being in the public interest and must meet the tax criteria in force. As an approved medical NGO, Mehad enables you to make a tax-free donation within a legal and secure framework.
What are the tax exemption ceilings?
You can deduct 75% of the amount of your donation to Mehad, up to a limit of €1,000 per year, according to the ceiling in force until 31 December 2026. Beyond this ceiling, the deduction is 66% of the amount of the donation, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income. To give you a concrete example, a donation of €100 costs you just €25 up to €1,000, then €34 above that.

Companies can offer their customers a specific range of products or services, part of the proceeds of which will be donated to our NGO, thereby supporting our healthcare initiatives. They can also get their employees involved by rounding up their salaries or creating a solidarity fund, which they can add to in order to maximise the impact. Donations in kind, such as medical consumables, equipment for our missions in the field or at head office, and advertising space, are also very valuable.
