The Paris Marathon: What if running could save lives in Syria and Ukraine?

11 January 2023

L'hiver arrive en Syrie

Every year, almost 45,000 runners take part in the Paris Marathon. It’s a challenge, a sporting feat and a unique 42.195km adventure. What if we told you that running to save lives was possible? Would you do it?

Running for a good cause!

As tradition dictates, the legendary race will start under the Arc de Triomphe on 2 April 2023. We invite you to take up this physical challenge and do something for a good cause at the same time!

If you feel like it, you can run the Paris Marathon wearing the Mehad number.
Every kilometre you run means at least €10 will be donated to Syria and Ukraine.
If you manage to cross the finish line, no less than €420 will be used to train carers in conflict zones.

We invite you to take up this challenge by signing up for the solidarity bib!

It’s easy to take part:

1- Open a fundraising page HERE

2- You collect funds

3- Join the Mehad team and get your race number.

On the solidarity bib platform, you can choose Mehad and create your fundraising page.
Your entire fundraising sum will be donated to us.
Doctors, carers, nurses, paramedics, they need you.
You know what you have to do for care workers who are out of breath: get your bibs ready!

We’re counting on you, your stamina and your trainers!
